Weight Training for Women

Weight training for women is really no different than weight training for men. Really, the only difference is the lack of the muscle-building hormone testosterone. Ladies, I have so much information to share with you on this topic because, well, for one, I’m a woman and two, I absolutely love lifting weights. And, no, I don’t look like a guy.

All too often, women think they’re going to get huge from lifting weights. It’s just not true. We don’t have enough testosterone to build the lean mass that men do. We can lift super-human amounts of weight at the gym but without some pharmaceutical enhancements, we’re not going to get huge. It’s physically impossible so please get that out of your head.

What weight training does for women is amazing. Weight training programs help to keep your bones dense and strong. It forces your metabolism to burn on high because the more muscle you have, the more you can eat without gaining weight.

If that isn’t a plus, I don’t know what is!

Weight training gives you strength and energy to do more every single day without tiring so quickly. It also makes you look amazing. No one prefers a soft, flabby body. But, a nice toned, fit-looking and firm body is sexy.

In the magazine below, you’re going to learn everything you’ve ever wanted to know about weight training for women:

• How to set-up a weight-loss weight training program
• Why you’ll never look like a guy even though you feel like
you’re lifting more than they can
• Why cardio isn’t great for your metabolism but weight training is
• Why you never need to use that stupid butt-blaster machine at the gym.

I have so much to say about weight lifting for women that you’ll want to keep checking back often as I’ll be adding more and more articles. Trust me, ladies, if anyone tries to tell you that you’re going to look masculine if you start a weight training program, after reading my articles, you will have all the ammunition you need to dispel anything they have to say and make them feel like a complete dummy. And, you’ll do all of this while looking better than they could ever imagine! What could be better than that?

NOTE: Check back often as I’ll be adding new articles and research often.
