Quick, easy, healthy recipes abound. You have just wandered into The Health Food Zone. And, no, I don’t mean that gross, disgusting, dog biscuit-tasting junk you find at natural food stores. Every recipe you’ll find here is quick, easy and healthy—or at least healthier than the original version was. Now, cakes, cookies and other desserts are never going to be healthy by my standards. I can, however, teach you to make them the healthiest they can possibly be.

I have hundreds of quick, easy and very healthy recipes I’m going to share with you here. I’m going to show you what the heck to do with whole grains to make them taste totally yummy. Couscous, wheat berries, oat groats (what???), and quinoa are just a few of the foods and whole grains you’ll learn to cook, eat and love. Come back often as I’ll be adding more and more every week.
