Fitness Daily Exercises
In fitness, daily exercises are key. Now, I’m not going to go nutso on you and tell you to workout for hours each day. I’ll never do that. But, an hour a day at the gym will do you wonders as you’ll soon find out. I’m all about science-based workouts that are complete, efficient and intense. I want you to reach your goals, no matter what they are, and that’s going to take dedication, hard work and sweat—beautiful, sexy, hard-earned sweat.

In this section, I’m going to be writing about all aspects of fitness. Gaining body mass, which isn’t always a good thing, especially when it’s FAT mass, is going to get a lot of attention. Fat-loss workouts will also be in the spotlight quite frequently. I’m including entire workouts for hypertrophy (gaining muscle mass), gaining strength, endurance and even explosive power with plyometric workouts. You’ll find exactly what you’ve been searching for in this section.
