If you have any questions for us, please feel free to contact us via email. We always try to answer emails as quickly as possible. If you have specific questions that are not already answered on this site, we may write a new article and direct you to that new addition once it’s posted.

We are personal trainers, with knowledge fitness, fat loss, bodybuilding, powerlifting, diet, fitness and nutrition. We’ve been working with everyday people and athletes alike for over 20 years. We are the strict, obnoxious enforcers at the gym and won’t let you slip by with a cheesy workout that my grandma could do. We also won’t let you tell us you’re following your program without cheating but not losing weight (if that’s the intent). We won’t believe you because our programs are fool-proof, WHEN FOLLOWED CORRECTLY.
