Fitness Book Reviews
Some people just love books. I am one of those people. I like to be able to flip through the pages and retrieve any info I might need at any moment. The only problem? Books are expensive, take up a lot of your priceless time and are usually a bunch of hooey.
These days, it seems all you need to do to write a diet and fitness book is have passed the second grade and have some off-the-wall, out of the ordinary idea (rarely based in science) that’s just dumb enough for a publishing house to buy. Well, I’m all about you keeping your hard-earned money in your own pockets and not throwing it away on some book you’ll later realize was a bad choice. Let us save you the time and hassle of reading through 200+ pages of fluff only to get maybe 15 pages of real data.
We will give your our own opinions on specific books out there. We’ll also recommend some of the books we believe will help you achieve your goals and get the body you want. As with anything else, there are posers and there are closers. We’ll help you pick out the stars and forget the rest.
